4. No TV snacks and soda

5. Choose organic food when possible

 

3-Portion Diet

Divide your plate into three portions, Veggies50%, Protein 25%,Fruit 25%

  • Big fresh vegetables, good quality proteins, and some fresh fruits

    Simple and easy workout

  • Walking
  • Kicking exercise
  • Making opportunities during the day for even just 15 or 30 minutes of some calorie-burning activity, such as walking around the block. Again, every little bit helps.
